1.)Generating business through online freelancing portal likes odesk, elance, freelancer, PPH  etc.
2.)Candidate should know to write proposals for projects
3.)Setup portfolio on websites and get projects through these websites
4.)Should be comfortable in client interaction
5.)Should have prior experience in software or Web Development Company
