Salary : INR 0.96 – 1.44 LPA ( INR 5K for initial 6 weeks training for freshers) + Incentives (There is no limit on incentives)

Job Description:  
- Candidates shall be inducted at Noida and Lucknow. After extensive training, they shall be posted to their home locations.
- Candidates are expected to develop a team of business associates at their home locations.
- Candidates shall acquire, mentor and manage Business Associates for multiple lines of business. They shall meet 3-5 new clients daily and sent in a daily report of activity to their reporting office.
- Candidates are expected to explain products’ value preposition, tax benefits, need analysis and close the deal, visit client’s place for closure or documents collection and then complete the documentation for closure of deal.

Skill Set Required:  
- Good Communication
- Well versed with Hindi , English and local Language
- In depth knowledge of local market and geography
