Salary Details:

I Year - INR 1.8 LPA + Incentives (On Job Training and working on client assignments for one year)
II Year - INR 2.4 LPA + Incentives (Based on Performance of I Year)
III Year - INR 3 LPA + Incentives (Based on Performance in II Year)

Probation Period: 6 months

*Candidate has to sign a contract for 3 years at the time of joining. If he/she breaks the contract has to pay a training fee of INR 2.5 LPA

Notice Period: 2 months after three years bond
