Job Description & Skill Set Required:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Building B2B as well as B2C connections so as to build company's customer base.
- Manage large amounts of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
- Multilingual: knowing 1 extra language other than English and Hindi will be cherry on top (preferably Telugu/ Tamil/ Kannada/ Malayalam/ French/ Spanish/ Bengali/ Gujarati/ Oriya)       

Skills:
Good Communication Skills, Proactive and Willing to learn.
