Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer retention
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients through a B2B2C partnership
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop entry level students into valuable salespeople fostering brand advocacy
- Strategize effective sourcing of leads for better top oft the funnel lead management

Requirements:
- Proven working experience as a business development associate, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record in the customer front
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build a rapport
- Time management and planning skills
