Job Description and Skill set Required:
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about our product
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate leads for product demo
- Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Responsible for Generating New B2B Sales.
- Strong Creative and Conceptual Thinker
- Proven experience into sales/business development
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone / Email
- Should have basic Computer Knowledge and must be proficient in Word,Excel and PPT
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills in English, Hindi and any other local language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
