Job Location: Bangalore               

Desired experience: 0- 3 Years

Course Specialization: Any Graduate

Training/Probation Period: 3 Months

Salary:

During Training/Probation Period: INR 12,000/- to INR 15,000/-

Post Training/Probation Period:

Fixed: INR 1.8 LPA - INR 3.6 LPA

Variable: INR 10,000/- to INR 50,000/- per month (Based upon Sales achieved)

Bond: None

Tentative date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

  1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound & outbound leads
  2. Generate new leads through offline marketing activities like events, meetings, product presentations, market surveys, etc.
  3. Understand customer needs and requirements
  4. Pitch the product to the leads for further development and closure
  5. Close sales and achieve monthly targets
  6. Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  7. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned project
  8. Create content for emails, social media campaigns, and advertising campaigns
  9. Always be Customer-centric in approach
  10. To sum it up in 3 words - Always Be Closing!

 

Criteria:

  1. EXCELLENT communication, listening, presentation, and writing skills
  2. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  3. BA/ BS/ B.E/ B Tech/ B Com degree or equivalent
  4. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  5. Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, result-oriented and dedicated to customer success
  6. Self-starter, Fast learner, Organized and Highly motivated
  7. Ability to travel as and when required
  8. Should have a valid Driver’s License and a Two Wheeler
  9. Should know English, Kannada and Hindi
