Minimal qualifications and personal motivations must include:

• Very good English, used to deal with foreign clients.
• Business developer in the Mobile, Web development sector and E-Commerce.
• Should know quotation and selling service on Freelancer platforms.
• Be highly motivated, like to work and desire to challenge his limits.
• Be willing to go "all in" to achieve project and company goals.
