UrbanPro is seeking a highly motivated individual, with an entrepreneurial mindset, to join the team in the position of Sales Executive. The ideal candidate should have good experience of ground marketing and must be hands on in generating leads, meeting the client and also selling the product on call. Candidate should possess good convincing power to deal with clients.

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

• Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote product
• Need to do out bound calls to get new clients on daily basis
• Regular follow-up with existing clients and need to manage their account
• Need to explain product, services and prices to the clients in the best convincing way
• Experience in Saas product sales, B2B
• Experience in Advertisement sales will be added advantage

Skills/Experience Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
• Experience in field marketing in a target based firm
• Must be highly organized and able to prioritize and meet deadline and targets
• Entrepreneurial mind set is a big plus
• Experience in education industry is a plus
• Should be able to speak English & Hindi Fluently
• Should have high integrity
• Should be energetic
• Should not be from customer service background
• Should have new customer tele-sales experience of at least 1 year, where the job was closing the transaction & not just pre-sales
• Should have had revenue targets in the past.
