Job Description :
We are looking for Business Development Associate to join our young team and help build the company. This is one of the most challenging and demanding position, requiringa pro-active, energetic and motivating sales leader who can analyze and drive the highly ambitious growth plans that we aspire for.Someone who can participate & contribute in the short as well as long term milestones in line with the goals to be achieved as laid down by the team. The teammember will be responsible for revenue generation, deploying new client acquisition strategies and sales channels; steps at enhancing sales productivity and more.

Responsibilities :
- Primarily in- charge of sales strategy
- Build and manage the marketing function and drive sales through marketing results
- Act as a key leader in defining the strategy, focus areas, plan and execution of marketing goals and customer acquisition
- Owns delivery and achievement of the business goals delivered through marketing function
- Regularly track and monitor customer perception and improve metrics
- Act as an authority and promoter of the Brand, ensuring consistent brand expression through all consumer and cultural touch points, both external and internal
- Develop and execute marketing and promotional calendar to drive traffic, sales, and engage the target customer with the brand
- Facilitate integration of marketing, merchandising, product development and other departments as appropriate, to fully develop Big Ideas

Skill set Required:
- Analytical ability, creative and strong written & oral communication skills and comfortable with high pressure targets
- A hands-on account management person who is capable of creating and delivering high impact presentations/proposals
- Demonstrable work experience and success credentials
- Aggressive with a go-getter attitude and out of the box thinker
- Desire and ability to think like the customer
- Ability to work with multiple vendors & agencies and drive ambitious goals through them
- The right candidate should also demonstrate solid personal leadership & serve as a role model for his team
- Outstanding ability to analyze sales trends, spot opportunities and excellent execution/planning skills required
- Experience in hardcore sales is an add-on. Preference will be to people who have exposure in both Corporate as well as retail selling
