We have vacancy in Management profile that consists of On The Job Training in all the 4 levels i.e. Marketing, Finance, HR and Administration. You will be paid to the tune of 18K to 48K based on individual performance and revenue generation for the clients of our organization.

-Level 1: Business Associate 
Task: Client Representation and servicing
Functional Areas: Advertising/ Promotion/ Direct Sales/ Marketing/ Business, Development

-Level 2/3: Corporate Trainer / Crew Leader
Time Horizon: 4-6 months
Task: Team building and Management
Functional Areas: Recruiting/ Training/ Development/ Evaluation/ Motivation/ Impact running.

-Level 4: Assistant Business Head 
Time Horizon: 1-2 months
Task: Overall Business Management
Functional Areas: Administration, Operations, Finance, Applied IT.

-Level 5: Business Head
Time Horizon: Ongoing
Task: Management of a Strategic Business Unit.
