-Research and be updated on latest offers, product launches etc that is useful and relevant for GreatBuyz products.
-Prepare planners for the content promotions for the App and Web.
-Assist in Social Media Marketing planning and execution.
-Work with different teams to resolve content issues on as needed basis anytime
-Support Merchants on Content Issues and ensure continuous and steady content is being provided for Web and App. This requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Work in tandem with business team to support revenue enhancement.
-Maintain the planners and trackers for content.
-Preparing and submitting reports as per requirement.
-Come up with ideas, taglines, content etc for GreatBuyz Newsletter, Welcome e-mailers and web and app sliders.
-Track and analyse relevant web and app statistics and prepare reports for the same.
-Should be able to do power point presentations and have good Excel knowledge
-Handle and resolve customer complaints within the time limits.
-Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
-Obtain, understand and respond with relevant information to handle product and service inquiries to close customer queries successfully.
-Ability to multitask and highly detail oriented.
