Objectives and Responsibilities of the Business Analyst


•Serving as Liaison between Technology Team and Business Stake Holders
•Understand and map business processes, analyse process gaps and opportunities.
•Preparation and requirement detailing (Business Analysis)
•Pre-integration data study and recommendation
•Assist Developers (HGS and IT Vendor) to understand Business needs and Logic.
•Test case Preparation and QA
•Coordinate with data SPOC, Vendor and Ent. IT for report validation and ensure necessary correction in processes, data source and metric logic.
•Develop deep understanding of application front end and back end for trouble shooting and user management.
•You will have to communicate business priorities to the technical teams to drive effective solutions.
•You will articulate to the technical teams the vision of what the business needs and ensure what is delivered meets those needs.
•Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to manage project issues and bottleneck and close looping to drive resolution.
•Ensure User Training, Communication & Adoption of implemented systems.
•Enable user Management and Support.
•Identify problems, anticipate and evaluate requirements and recommend solutions.
•Understand and keep up to date with best practice on required Solution.

Qualifications & Mandatory Skills:

•MBA with Specialisation in Finance, IT or Analytics
•Ability to keep up with IT trends and innovation.
•Advanced knowledge of data protection and software encryption.
•Advanced knowledge of hardware and software solutions and network maintenance.
•Deep understanding of the underlying architectural concepts.
•Good understanding of relational database principals and technologies.
