Job description:
- Defining key metrics, standardizing reports and building dashboards to influence business strategy across different functions
- Interacting with business heads and sales team to understand business requirements and track monthly/quarterly revenue and budgets
- Providing actionable insights through market research and analytics to the management and help in strategic business planning
- Analyzing large data sets to evaluate campaign performance and tracking global revenue
- Building live reports and triggers and streamlining processes.

Role requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with 1 - 3 years of business analyst experience.
- Sharp aptitude and excellent numerical acumen; ability to sift through large volumes of data. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Bonus points for R/Python automation experience.
- Well versed in research techniques (primary and secondary) and is up to date with new tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and good follow-through.
- A doer with a bias for action, willingness to work hard and take complete ownership of assigned tasks and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, self-directed start-up environment
