Job Description:

- Analyse and review the use case specifications for various regulations like FATCA, KYC etc.
- Develop decision models to implement the rules and conditions as per the use case specifications.
- Validate the decision models against document data.
- Create and maintain the document data dictionary and related metadata.
- Maintain and enhance the decision models for changes in regulations as per use case
   specifications.
- Apply experience and expertise in identifying problems upfront and resolving them.
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders for status, query resolution etc.
- Develop and maintain documentation for internal team training and client end user operations.
- Mentor and train junior team members.
- Work effectively with team members and across teams.
- Learn and master the Metadata Manager product and the client solution built around it.

Skillset:

- 1-3 years’ experience working as a Business analyst in Financial Domain.
- Strong Analytical & Logical skills with problem solving ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High adaptability to changing requirements / customers dynamics / work demands
- Good understanding of Financial systems and related regulations
- Experience of regulations like FATCA, KYC, CCAR will be preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) products.
- Knowledge of software programming/technology will be an advantage.
- Good team player.
- Knowledge/ experience in decision modeling/ business process modeling/data modeling will be
  an advantage.
