Job Description:

Looking for a passionate self motivated, who works well both independently & within a team.

-The ideal candidate should be responsible for:

-Generate new business leads, increase sales revenue & maintain client relationship with existing & newer ones

-Should have professional proposals drafting & bidding skills, negotiation and closure of projects on various bidding portals like Elance, Upwork, Guru etc

-Should have quick and thorough analytical skills preparing projects functional & non-functional breakdowns

-Should be able to define easy to complex project's breakdown structure

-Should be able to achieve the targets and meeting the deadlines

-Should be to understand and resolve the functional and technical issues and take it forward with onsite development team

-Sound verbal and written communication skills required

-Should have team management and motivational skills
