Job Description:

•Interact and engage with our core target audience including CXOs, Head HRs, L&D Heads as a part of the defined sales and marketing plan.
•Own lead generation targets from a defined list of companies and help expand our level of connection within the organization.
•Engage with clients, understand their requirements, and showcase how Enparadigm’s solutions can fulfill their learning needs
•Perform effective online demos to prospects and understand customer needs and requirements
•Prepare and present impressive client pitches for a premium and uniquely positioned corporate education brand
•Proactively nurture and engage clients to build relationships, generate business opportunities, and close deals

Skills Required:

  • MBA with 2-3 years of work experience in B2B sales
  • Conversant in dealing with senior management
  • Ability to research in-depth and tailor the pitch to the needs of customers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Experience in using Lead management and CRM tools
  • Start-up acumen –Need to be proactive and outcome oriented.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively is a must.
