Job Description:

-Interacting with US, Canadian Customers and providing technical support and selling technical services to them regarding desktop/laptop, printers, routers, e-mail client and other peripherals.

-Meeting the sales target month by month and maintaining the productivity.

Skills Required:

-Candidate should have good communication skills.

-Candidate should have basic computer knowledge.

-Candidate should have experience in inbound tech sales voice process.
