Desired Candidate Profile: Graduate in engineering or mathematics from a premier institute passing in 2017

Job Responsibilities:

• Macro talent market insights

• Scout latest HR trends, new practices, attrition trends, lateral and campus hiring trends and provide inputs for talent strategy, OD, engagement and retention policies and practices

• Micro Company and unit level talent insights

• Analyse exit and stay reports to provide inputs to Brand HRD

• From time to time headcount and compensation analysis for insights into productivity, impact of training, impact of new policies

• Assistance in company policy formulation

• Provide inputs after due secondary research to devise new employee policies or revise existing ones with the express purpose of improving perceived benefit by the employees

• Assistance in analysis for corporate HR initiatives such as and as directed by the Brand HRD

• Organization structure design, resource planning at organization level, headcount trends and analysis, inputs for designing of new corporate OD initiatives

• Track various HR initiatives and HR budgets

Skills Required:

• Mastery in advanced excel and mathematics, comfort with numbers
• Digital savviness
• Managing timelines
• Communication, written and verbal
• Collaborative, working with peers and colleagues to provide and get information, knowledge and skills
