Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Evaluate incoming leads and applications received for becoming Partners.
- Process applications with Inbound and Outbound calling and assess partner fit in terms of technical skills (mathematics background), teaching experience and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Grow and nurture partner relationships in every interaction.
- Document necessary information and deliver reports and metrics as needed.
- Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet business needs.
