Job Description:

We are looking for smart and motivated individuals who intend to build a career in talent acquisition / talent management. The responsibilities are -

- Managing and innovating sourcing channels for premium technology roles

- Preliminary phone screening of sourced candidates

- Co-ordinating with client POCs to smoothly carry out the process

- Improving existing processes in terms of client and candidate communications, sourcing etc

- Developing a strong pipeline of high-calibre talent for all current and anticipated demands

- Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, vendors, and other team-members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.

Skills Required:

Fluent spoken English, Basic analytical aptitude
