Grexter was launched with an aim to change the way people find houses for rent. It is a very simple technology-platform that enables rental housing with 'unlimited' flexibility. The house seeker can choose the house of his/her liking and then customize it on parameters like duration of stay, security deposit, furniture, no. of rooms, etc. We want to standardize, simplify, & enhance the house hunting experience for our customers.

Job Description:

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Drive the first time sales of the new projects or the newly launched co-living spaces of Grexter

- Develop comprehensive customer acquisition strategies, paid and organic, to drive project sales in an efficient and timely manner

- Conduct thorough market research of all tech-parks, major IT companies and colleges in designated territories and markets

- Development, execution, and success of marketing/sales strategies for each project based on the local demand and demographics in that area

Skill Set Required:

- Excellent communication is English is a must.

- Must have flare for Business Development and should be willing to be on the ground.
