Job Description and Skill Set Required:

Candidate will be responsible for recruiting and managing our new international BPO.

Candidate will also be responsible for recruitments, induction, retaining employees and ensure there is a good socio-cultural environment at work.

The role is to recruit right telemarketing executives for our Australian B2B Appointment setting campaign.

Candidate shall be responsible for recruitments and recruitment portal shall be given to you.

Candidate shall also be responsible for clearly communicating policies, incentive plans, solving day to day grievances and planning re-creational activities.

Candidate shall be a link between top management and executives.

Recruit 10 agents a month using personal references and job portals.

Organize Walk-Ins.

No Experience required, complete training shall be provided.

Ability to keep the team motivated.

Working from a brand new office, you will be the integral part of the team.

Prepare salaries and bio-metrics.

Complete training, managed cabins, laptop and mobile shall be provided.

Shift timings- 6 AM to 2:30 PM (IST)
