Job Description:
- The Analyst would conduct system administrative works related content involving loading and managing content into      the portal, quality audits and assist in driving improvements in error reduction through prevention and quick           resolution.
- She/he will work with clients to provide clear guidance on issues that need to be resolved as well as determine the        severity of issues to prioritize.
- She/he will also coordinate with product and software development team to resolve issues.

Skills Required:
- High standard of written and verbal English
- Enthusiastic for providing administrative support
- Ability to learn new technologies and thrive in a fast-moving operational environment
- Strong tactical execution skills, attention to detail and accuracy essential
- A positive team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain focused in a sometimes pressurized working environment. Proactive and self-disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility
- Prior knowledge of CMS is an advantage; but not essential.Necessary training will be provided
- Prior knowledge of LaTeX (typesetting system) is an advantage
Technical Skills (preferred):
- MS Excel - Good.
- MS Word and Power Point - Strong
- Analytical skills– Strong
- Software – PHP / Python – working knowledge
