Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities:

Dashboard Management -
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather the training data, collate and publish the dashboard on a timely basis
- Tracking & sharing with plant & locational HR spocs on an employee level completion of training hours
- Ensuring training effectiveness data (as per Kirkpatrick's framework) is tracked and maintained monthly at a program level
- Follow up with employees for CSR coverage requirement
- Assisting in digitization efforts of Dashboard
Sales Induction-
- Maintaining a track of completions of virtual induction sessions and ensuring timely completion of the same by
following up with participants, trainers, HRBPs as required.
- Tracking completion of Regional Induction at all regions & ensuring completion for all Sales New joinees
Platform Management-
- Design and implement learner engagement activities to drive e-learning, mailers/creatives to drive learning/five year completion of LWL/new content alert etc.
- E-learning catalogue management

L&D Support
•Search new vendors & collect their Company offerings - new & existing initiatives.
•Data related support as required during any audits/ Townhalls/ reporting etc.
•Support for L&D, OD & TM initiatives - GNS graduation, awards, digital learner's masterclass, CAPP & MYR closure etc.
•Tracking & ensuring completion of all planned trainings for plants
•Any other HR function support required from time to time.

Skill Set Required:

•Graduate/Post-graduate degree
•Work experience of 0-2 years
•Proficient in MS- Excel and PowerPoint
