A basement in Noida with few trainees, lend P-III computers from friends, left over furniture of a moved on office & no power back up, Internet or telephone line initially for months become our battleground. Job Description and Skill Set Required: 

- Experience in full life cycle software development including design, development, production, testing, roll out, maintenance and support

- Strong object oriented design and development experience with Java, Android & iOS technologies

- Hands on experience in J2ME including custom UI and compatibility of screen and OS levels (Android & iPhone devices)

- Experience with multi-threading and memory management on mobile devices

- Experience with cross-platform mobile development is a plus (Android, iPhone & Windows)

- Design and develop top of the line mobile applications and games for the Java MIDP devices and other mobile platforms (Android, iPhone & Windows)

- Well versed with RDBMS with hands on experience in MySQL x Understands technical and functional design requirements

- Experience with XML and data manipulation/ extraction using parsers

- Strong debugging and trouble-shooting skills and prior experience with performance measurement tools

- Assists in enforcement of development deadlines and schedules with the ability to multi-task, prioritize work load, and meet these milestones

- Contribute creativity and critical thinking to optimally implement new features

- Ability to work independently in a fast paced start up environment with dynamically changing requirements

- Outstanding communication and documentation skills, detail oriented and go-getting attitude
