Department & Functional Area: Corporate Valuations & Advisory

Job Description:
• Undertaking Strategic Advisory or Valuation Assignments
• Site inspections & collection of primary data
• Secondary research and Data Analysis
• Preparation of reports and handling client queries
• Any other task assigned including data base
• Management, business development, CRM etc.

Desired Candidate Profile:
• Background in consulting firm or Experience in valuations of Real estate, Business or Plant & Machinery is ideal.
• Candidates with ability to read engineering drawings, understanding of financial Modelling and excel, good presentation skills and appreciate building bylaws/master plans.

Essential / Pre-Requisite: Good report writing ability, interpersonal and communication skills with positive and flexible attitude.

Degree and Streams: BE/B.Tech with Civil Engineering

Target Batch: 2020

Eligibility Criteria: Min. 70%/7 CGPA in 10th, 12th and BE/B.Tech

Annual Compensation: INR 3 LPA with 2 Year Bond
