Job Description:

- Handling customer query and forwarding it concerned department .

- Prepare request for quotations

- Coordinate with Customers and suppliers .

- Coordinate for Dispatches with Warehouse, accounts dept and Sales team

- Maintaining database, Customer Payment follow ups, MIS Reporting, providing technical assistance to customers, other day to day activities .

Skill Set Required: 

- Excellent Communication skills( Written & verbal)

- Should be good in MS Office , especially in Excel, good in making presentation.

- Should be quick learner.
