Rtbdemand.com is a new age International Adnetwork based in Fremont CA and Bangalore,IN working with premium publishers for monetization of their properties across Video/Desktop/Mobile. Besides company also leads Retail9 Performance network focused on India as region and works with International publishers/Affiliates platform/RTB/Email. They are looking for candidates for Bangalore region.

Job Location: Bangalore

Desired Experience: 0-2 Year

Probation: 3 Months

Bond: 1 Year 

Salary: Fresher - Upto INR 1.8 LPA

Experience- 10% to 15% hike on current salary for more than 1 Year Experience

Tentative Date of Interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed

Responsibility:

-Will be managing media budgets for our advertiser 
-Managing relationships with publishers 
-Will be responsible for ongoing optimization on account for -Domestic/International clients 
-Will be working on Adnetwork piece/Affiliate Marketing 

Skill Set Required:

-Min 70% plus with any bachelor degree in Engineering or MBA 
-Excellent communication skills written and oral 
-Hard working, self learner, ready to learn and eager to make a career in digital marketing with a great aptitude 
-Excellent hands on MS office 
-Looking for someone who has demonstrated leadership skills and have executed real time projects in Marketing/Finance/Engineering area
