Job Description: 

Day to Day bill entries in Tally ERP 9.

Responsible for and making Vendor Payment.

Planning day to day Daily Balance Statement with the payments status.

Preparation of Cheques, Receipts, Vouchers with updation of the same in Tally ERP.

Petty Cash & Main Cash: day to day Office Expenses with Report preparation.

Preparation of Invoices and regular follow-up of debtors.

Updating Bank Statements and preparation of Bank Reconciliation.

Preparation of Receipt & Payment Statement at the beginning of each month.

Preparation of Salary Statements.

Calculation, Preparation of Statements and Payments of TDS, Professional Tax & Service Tax.

Preparation of Form No.16 & also TDS Certificates.

Record retention, tracking and reporting for tax purposes.

Assisting in Finalization Process.

Filing vouchers, bills, correspondence, documents etc.

Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook Express.

Skills Required: Knowledge of accounting.
