Salary: INR 1.2 LPA - INR 1.8 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate’s performance in the interview and will be at the company’s discretion)

Job Description & Skill Set Required:

- Knowledge of Tally ERP
- Handling IT process and documentation
- Handling office petty cash
- Handling Bank Reconciliation
- GST related compliance's and filing GST returns
- TDS related compliance and filing TDS returns
- Maintaining files and registers, related to Sales and Purchase transactions on a weekly basis
- Prepare Performa Invoice & Sales Invoice
- Keeping records of stocks
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payment.
- To ensure cleanliness and orderliness is maintained in the company premises
- Provide good experience to visitors through well trained hospitality staff
- To ensure premises of the company is manned by security personnel and invigilated thoroughly round the clock
- To manage water, phone, electricity, etc. related needs of the organization
- To frequently communicate and prepare reports on the Administrative activities
- To manage accounts, attendance, movements of staffs.
- To manage HR related activities.
- Determine the need for new hire.
- Use of Portals, Employee Referrals, Consultants.
- Use of social networking sites for sourcing.
- Managing entire recruitment and selection process involving interview scheduling, salary negotiation, offers
