About the competition
ZS Ace-a-thon – For women in analytics, operations and tech.
We bring you a hiring event especially designed for talented women with strong problem-solving skills, analytical rigor, technical know-how, logical & creative thinking along with remarkable academic credentials. We have designed an interesting case-problem for you to think through strategically and apply all your skills. Be ready to challenge your analytical abilities while exercising your business acumen as you attempt this competition.
You will have two hours to complete the challenge. The competition will have two sections:

The challenge will be split into two phases:
- The Online Hackathon: You will have a window of 48 hours when the challenge is live. You will have to spare two hours during this window to complete the challenge. You are expected to complete the challenge in one go for the role of your choice. Based on all the submissions we receive; the top 50 participants for each role will be invited to Phase 2 of the challenge.
- Interviews: The top participants will be invited to attend the ZS interview process to our offices (Pune, Bangalore, New Delhi)
*ZS will take care of all the travel and stay arrangements for Phase 2.

Engineering graduates who are keen to test their logical thinking skills and problem-solving aptitude, and/or want to compete with analytics professionals across the country are welcome to join.

Our teams support both project-based and outsourcing solutions for our clients that go beyond streamlining operations and reducing costs to bring domain focused insights, practical innovations, and superior customer experience.
The Business Technology group works with companies to define and execute their technology strategy by designing, building and operating their business intelligence (BI), cloud, data management, dashboard and analytics capabilities. Team members strategize, design and build custom IT solutions to improve our clients’ commercial effectiveness.
