Job Description :
We are looking for Vendor ManagementAssociate to join our young team and help build the company. This is one of the most challenging and demanding position. The member of this team will be responsible for professional/ supplier on-boarding, vetting, curation, relationship management and more.

Responsibilities :
- Get VolksHelp to dominate provided services in the present areas/cities.
- Identify, train, and on-board great service professionals in the provided services. This may involve meeting many of them and plenty of field work initially.
- Standardize service delivery norms and processes for the provided services.
- Impart necessary training to on-boarded service providers/ professionals on these norms and how to use VolksHelp.
- Understand the services in depth, and how customers hire in the same.
- Work with the product team to create a great user experience for provided services.
- Work with the sales and marketing team to generate customer requests in provided services

Skill set Required :
- Strong analytical skills and a data driven decision making mentality
- Creative with strong written & oral communication skills and comfortable with high pressure targets
- Ability to wear different hats based on the task in hand
