Position- U.S IT Recruiter

A brief about the role:
1) Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients .
2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Job diva), Making job postings on the Job Portal.4) Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
5) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.
6) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
7) Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills
8)Should be able interact well with team and clients
9) Organized and detail-oriented, able to track and work on multiple projects at once
10)Comfortable to work in night shift

Desired Candidates:
1)Should have excellent communication skills.
2)Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
3)Must be proactive & self-driven. Must be a quick thinker.
4)Should have thorough understanding of various IT terminologies.

Education Qualification:
Should be from Technical Education Background (B. Tech(CS/IT), BCA, MCA or any technical education is fine).

CTC- 1.98 L - 2.4L +Up to 1 Lakh of Performance Bonus (Incentives) for Trainees in starting.
