Our organization has gained broad experience in the design, development and deployment of complex IT products and services with projects in more than 170 countries in partnership with UN agencies, government institutions and NGOs.

Job Profile: UI/UX Designer

Job Location: Delhi

Course Specialization: BTech/ BE / MCA (CS/IT)/BA

Batch: 2017

Training/Probation Period: 3 months Training 9 Months Probation

Bond: None

Salary: For First 3 Months during training: INR 1.8 LPA

Next 9 Months during probation: INR 2.4 LPA

After 1 Year: INR 3.6 LPA and above (Depending upon performance in last year) 

Tentative Month of Joining: July, 2017

Last Date to Apply: 12:00 PM, February 24th, 2017

Interview Process:

- Face to Face Round

- Final HR + Management Round 

Tentative Interview Date*: 1st week of March.

*The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description and Skill Set Required:

-UI/UX Designers: Adobe suit, HTML, CSS, Basic to Advanced Java Scripting, Photoshop.

-Relevant Web/GUI designer, Web Applications and UI experience.

-Experience in web analytics or web advertising systems a plus.

-A portfolio of successful web-based solutions. Analytic & heavy data UI designs a strong plus.

-Proficiency using Graphic Designers: Adobe suit, HTML, CSS, Basic to Advanced Java Scripting,Photoshop.

-Skills with the capabilities of HTML, JavaScript, JQuery and modern web page technologies .

-Ability to create functional prototypes of web-based applications.

-Strong communications with pleasing personality.

-Knowledge of usability testing methods.

-Bachelor's degree or Graphic Designing course.

-Knowledge of C#.net, ASP.Net, MS SQL Server, Software Testing, PHP, Java etc.
