Job Description:

*Only for Females*

·Responsible for sourcing talented candidates according to the Job description of the client through various strategies/channels such

·DICE, Monster, Hot jobs, Third Party Vendors etc.

·Conduct initial interviews by phone to determine experience and skill level.

·Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle of IT professionals in the US.

·Have knowledge of various taxation policies relating to C2C, W2, 1099 etc.

·Screening the profiles, based on requirement and scheduling them accordingly for an interview.

·Interact with clients, preferred vendors and business partners through e-mails & conference calls to generate business and resolve operational aspects.

·Make frequent contact with potential clients, established clients and local/national business leaders.

Personal skill sets:

-Must have good communication skills.

-Individuals must be able to work in a team environment.

-Individuals must be able to communicate well with the team.

-Must be energetic, innovative and, ready to go the extra length to make a difference.

-Comfortable to work according to US time zone i.e. night shift.

Salary: INR 15,000 Incentives Night Meal Cab for Girls within Noida.

Working days: 5 Days a week (Monday-Friday), Saturday and Sunday fixed off.

Job Timings : 6:30 pm - 3:30 am.
