Salary Details:

For Freshers: 

- During Training: INR 2.4 LPA

- Post successful completion of Training: INR 3.5 LPA

For Expereinced: Based upon the current salary and performance in the interview

Bond: 2 year service level agreement

Job Description

- Work with Project team (offshore/onsite) and understand requirements, analyze and support in requirement document preparation.

- Take full ownership of the implementation.

- Deliver Application features as per release schedule and quality expectations.

- Interact with customers and internal teams during the entire Project Life Cycle.

- Enhance efficiency of development/test/release process.

- Participate in the full life-cycle development process from Project initiation, through design, development, review, test, release and maintenance.

- At least 6 months to 1 year of work experience or training in Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate

- Strong technical Skills required.

- Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices.

- Should be flexible with the working hours as he/she needs to closely work with the US counterparts

- Good Analytical skills

- Good understanding of the full SDLC and experience with SDLC Methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.)

- Excellent written and oral communications skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Ability to quickly gather requirements, explore multiple approaches and suggest optimal solutions.

- Ability to come up with estimations based on requirements
