Job Description:
- Product Analysis & enhancement of all the Software Products.
- Requirement study, solution designing & developing high-level implementation plans with complete documentation.
- Process & Functional Consulting.
- Client Engagement for end to end project delivery.
- Functional Testing, User acceptance testing.
- End-user training, implementation and post-implementation support.
- Product testing of all the products.
- Handling product related queries of Clients and providing them a timely solution.

Skill Set Required:
- excellent communication skills
- troubleshooting skills
- strong knowledge of fundamentals & basics of Programming concepts
