Profile Offered: Telle Caller/ Tele Sales Representative

Job Location: Delhi(Sant Nagar)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 5 years

Roles and Responsibilites:

  • Sell Insurance Products to potential or existing customers via the phone (scripts & training will be provided).
  • Answer questions about products or the company.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  • Direct prospects to the senior underwriters team when needed.
  • Enter and update customer information and comments in the database.
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner.
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.
  • Go the extra mile to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
  • Organize the leads in the system using excel and followup to close the leads.
