Profile Offered: Telecom Engineer
Job Location: Mohali
Course Specialization: B.Tech graduate in ECE/EE/ME/CE stream.
Desired Experience: 0 - 5 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Must have work experience in FTTB architecture for at least 2-10 years. FTTx OSP Network Planning & Design.
- Skills Preferable are-Networking, DSLAM, Telecom, Network Planning, Data Integrity, FTTP, FTTB, FTTH.
- Experience in Fiber Network Planning and designing for Green/Brown fields.
- Must be aware about GPON network topology, such as ONU, Passive/Active Components.
- Must have worked on OSP design (Field Execution Survey), such as Poles, Sub box, Manhole, Splice Closure.
- Should have worked on Aerial/Underground network deployment.
- Planning & Designing FTTH/GPON network to stimulate End to End Fiber Connectivity, Delivery & Construction.
- Review Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) network designs for quality of the design decisions, using multiple GIS applications.
- Including AutoCAD and other GIS products.
- Making Single Line Diagram for Planned Network.
- Preparing Construction Drawing for Planned Network.
- Having a prior work experience in AT&T OSP design tools and process is preferred.
- Understand the planning (redlines) i.e. check for the inputs related to the job.
- Checking the feasibility of the route & Checking for scoping.
