Profile Offered: Telecalling/Telemarketing Executive

Job Location: Delhi(Pocket-1 Sector 6 Dwarka)

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization,Any Postgraduate in Any Specialization,Any Doctorate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 3 years

Roles and Responsibilites:
Answer calls and book appointment in HIMS as per the need of patient.
Handle patient inquiries telephonically.
Manage and resolve patient complaints.
Provide available service information to patient.
Enter patient information into system.
To do temporary registration in in case of new patient.
Identify and escalate patient grievance to team leader.
Route calls to Centre SPOC if require.
Follow up calls to patient in case of No Show and Surgical pending cases.
Rescheduling and cancellation of appointment as per the availability of Doctor.
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
Complete call logs.
Make Feedback calls as per the SOP.
Follow up of online leads and conversion into appointments.
Make calls to post Operative Patients and Data Management.
Produce call reports.


Education:

B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BMM, BMS, M.A., M.Des, M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech.), M.Sc.(Hons.), M.Tech./M.E., MBA, MBE, MMS
