Profile: Technology Sales Consultant- Inside Sales

Job Location: Delhi

Desired experience: 1-2 Years

Course Specialization: B.E/B.Tech , Post Graduate

Batch: 2014/2015/2016

Probation/Training Period: 6 Months

Salary:  INR 3 LPA – INR 4.6 LPA (20-30% of the CTC would be variable and will depend upon the candidate’s performance)

Bond: None

Date of Joining: Immediate

Tentative Interview Date: Will be communicated once the Registration Window is closed.

**The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.

Job Description:

-Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Outside Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications, Digital and other direct marketing methods

-Qualify all sales leads, allocate as appropriate, and drive leads through the sales process by initiating face-to-face appointments with Outside Sales team

-Follow up Outside Sales Manager, post meeting. Determine result of respective meeting, and follow up appropriately to close the loop

-Meet daily, weekly, and monthly phone and email communication goals in accordance with strategic plan

-Consistently log and record each-and-every outreach made, producing regular activity reports

-Ability to comprehend the solutions and services offered by Mismo Systems and to communicate the value proposition to prospects

-Interest and Ability to learn the technology

-Experience in lead nurturing, lead generation, and appointment setting

-Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills

-Highly organized and attentive to detail

-Highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed

-Experience of selling technology is a plus

-Knowledge of Microsoft office 365 and Azure is a plus

-Knowledge of Microsoft product line and various licensing models is a plus

-Basic math and accounting competence

-Hard working and dynamic person

-Willing to work in a startup and make a difference

-Excellent incentive and growth options

- Lead generation, cold calling, qualifying prospects, and excellent communication skills
