Job Description and Skill Set Required:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Role:
- Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows 7 /8/10 Operating System.
- Support email applications such as Outlook, Office 365, exchange.
- Work on Active Directory, giving permissions & accesses, resetting passwords etc.
- Work on basic Networking, such as TCP/IP, network printers, VPN, ISP etc.
- Develop strong understanding of Hardwares of Laptops, routers, switches, Devices, servers etc.
- Work on automation, ticketing system and remote technologies and cater to end user.
- Diagnose and analyse the root cause of the problem and resolve it by finding the best possible solution.
- Follow the best market standards & procedures of managing IT in the Company.
- Good knowledge of - Hardware, Outlook, Windows, User configuration & maintenance.
- Knowledge on LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Remote management services, ticketing system.
- Understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, FILE SERVICE, and office 365 environment.
- Two wheeler is required as client visits are involved. ( candidates will get better IT exposure and technical growth by client visits)
