Candidate should have excellent communication skills.

Able to take the calls regarding emails, Facebook, printer, router etc.

Responsible for effectively handling customer queries.

Respond to request for support and assistance from customers.

Aggressive to convert sales and achieves targets.

Being dedicated to handle inbound calls and receives a number of calls from customers.

Goal Oriented.
