Geeks Technical Support LLC is a global company employing technicians across US and India. We have a dynamic team who cater to the needs of the client and help them resolve issues to serve their needs.

Salary: INR 1.8 LPA - 6 LPA

Probation / Training Period: None

Job Description:

-Work with international clients (US and CANADA) to describe products or services in order to motivate potential and current customers to renew or purchase companies’ products and all technical services majorly deals in Apple, Dell, HP Etc...Troubleshoot customers issues related to computer, router, printer, virus, Mac Etc. Well known company in delivering outstanding customer services to direct customers and perform accurate and timely technical troubleshooting to resolve customer’s issue.

-Provide technical support to international customers through phone

-Providing technical support related to any of the product lines like computers, laptops, Operating System (Windows, iOS, Android), browser, email, chat, anti-virus, firewall, router, printer, scanner, computer hardware, windows server, exchange server, Active Directory, Microsoft Lync, Office applications, Google Apps, Quick Books, Quicken, Microsoft money, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe flash player, Media player, etc.

-Experience: 0-5 years in international process.

-Perfect English communication skills.

-Should be comfortable in night shifts.

-Undergraduate/Graduate/Fresher’s can apply.

-Minimum 2 certificate is required

-1-4 years’ experience in providing the technical support

-Ability to develop effective working relationships with the costumer.

-Should have experience to providing the technical support to the international customers.

-Fluent business English (spoken and written) language skills.

-Ability to bring analytical solution to problematic areas.

-An excellent attention to detail.

-Always ready to work in a team & independently

-Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential
