Probation Period: 6 Months

Shift Timings: 7 PM to 4 AM (Mon-Friday), 5 days

Tentative date of joining: Immediate

Tentative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.

Job Description and Skills Required:

- Working on recruitment process

- Sourcing candidates through various sources like Job portals, social networks and head hunting.

- Posting and advertising the jobs on various sites

- Preliminary screening/ conduct first level telephonic interview /short-listing the right profile against the given requirement

- Schedule interviews with different levels and follow up for the feed backs

- Follow up with shortlisted candidate till they on-board

- Should be good knowledge of technical skills

- Excellent Communication skills- both verbal and written.

- Must be able to work in a team.

- Strong zeal to make the career in international IT based industry

Interview Process:

- Multiple rounds of face to face interview
