Job Description:
- Work closely with Architect and Product Manager.
- Convert high level design into low level design.
- Convert low level design into implementation.
- Should be able to develop reusable components and framework to reduce development effort.
- Good understanding of SOLID principle and Design Patterns.
- Coding as per android best practice.
- Manage and provide technical guidance to Team.
- Planning & execution of deliverable.
- Code review.
Skiils:
- Good understanding of programming concepts like Object Oriented Programming and Functional Programming.
- Hands on coding experience in Android application development using Java.
- Hands on experience in deep debugging android application, performance tuning and identifying layout problem on different devices.
- Hands on experience in XML, JSON/YML data format. Must have understanding of data interchange using JSON.
- Hands on experience in SQLite.
- Hands on experience in Gradle.
- Hands on experience in Test Driven Development using Junit and Espresso.
- Hands on experience in Linux OS, should be able to setup complete development env for android.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to frameworks like Retrofit, Event bus for android and SugarORM or any other ORM for android.
Desired:
- Good understanding on Micro-services.
- Exposure to Agile working style and version control like git.
