Job Description:
- Provides technical support in the use of software, and specialized mainframe technology or operates a multi- platform, complex computer environment or monitor the product development, execution, and successful completion of projects.
- Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, implements corrective action procedures and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate.
- Serves as technical resource to unit deploying multi-tasking.
- Maintains, updates or creates systems, databases and web pages using front-end user enhanced web techniques within prescribed guidelines.
- Administers user accounts;
- Designs and produces moderately complex reports based on product promotion
- Researches and recommends system equipment upgrades and manages equipment inventory.
- Sets up and submits reports and edits and debugs computer output.
- Acts as a customer liaison for the computing operation, communicating, resolving, and initiating the resolution of problems and concerns;
- Assists with complex technical projects & contributes to business goals by accomplishing related duties as required

Skill Set Required:
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Problem-solving skills
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
