Equifin is a FinTecstartup led by a very experienced team (IIT/ IIM) that seeks to make a difference the way Businesses experience Finance. Company is setting up a web portal that will bring various financial markets participants together on a single platform so that they can transact business in a methodical & transparent manner. Equifin seeks to reduce friction in financial markets by enabling right match between Borrowers & Lenders. It also seeks to provide necessary tools to Borrowers/ Corporates which will help them run their treasuries smoothly and make material positive impact to their profitability.

Salary: During Probation for 2 months INR 25K - 30K per Month

After Probation: Upto 6 LPA

Job Responsibility:

- To work with the Tech team in fully absorbing the technology/ algorithm behind key functionalities on the portal
- To architect and develop a full stack of new functionalities, from scratch. 
- Design and own product components, from initial technology to scale. 
- Write high performing code that deploys to production multiple times a day. 
- Make key architectural decisions as well as solve scaling challenges and ensure smooth functionality of portal at all times 
- Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively, to solve problems and build, extend, optimize and refactor the back-end architecture

Requirements:

- Demonstrated capability in MEAN Stack (Angular.js, Node.js, Mongodb, Express)
- Knowledgeable about Agile, Rest APIs, JQuery, Bootstrap
- Experience with other languages like PHP will be a plus
