Profile Offered: System Coordinator

Job location: Gurgaon

Course Specialization: Any Graduate in Any Specialization

Desired Experience: 0 - 4 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage NetSuite Procurement Help Desk (Offshore team) on a day to day basis.
Ensure data integrity including PuchOut2Go (catalog orders), Workday and Kyriba integrations.
Gather requirements of any system changes/enhancements/upgrades, work with Tech and Third Party Vendor to implement changes.
Partner with stakeholders including Strategic Sourcing, Technology, third party vendors and other finance teams in joint objectives.
TRAX System Administrator including daily monitoring of data integrity, access management, production issue resolutions.
Work with Tech, Treasury and external banks to make any system and process changes due to changing local banking requirements.
Perform AP data analysis and provide reports to various stakeholders.

B.Com., B.Sc., B.Tech/B.E., BCA
